HISTORY

Matsim Properties was formed in 1996 by Andrew Lambor. Andrew has had a passion for property and the built environment from an early age, a chartered surveyor and Brighton based since childhood he has been actively involved in the Sussex property market for over 30 years.

The company has grown organically and tends to be deal led. Projects have taken the company to various destinations in the south east and London but there has been an emphasis on Brighton where the company has excellent contacts with the property community and planners.

As the projects have grown so has the business. Craig Ritchie recently became a director of the company bringing over 25 years experience of commercial development and investment to the company.
