Andrew Lambor BSc FRICS

Andrew qualified as a chartered surveyor  in 1984.  He ran the Building Surveying and Valuation practice of Lambor Associates in Brighton for many years and created Matsim Properties in 1996. He is actively involved in the sussex property market and is an active participant in various local groups concerned with the future development of Brighton and Hove.

 

 

  

Craig Ritchie MRICS

Craig spent many years as a property investment specialist in central London. More recently he has been at the forefront of the new industry in measuring property carbon emissions and sustainability.

  

 

 

Sarah Lambor MA

Sarah has been an active director of Matsim since its formation and takes a particular interest in the design and sustainability aspects of the company whilst also assisting with the financial management of the company.

 

 

 

Maggie Harris

Maggie has worked with Andy and Matsim from the very beginning and brings much order to accounts and administration of the company.

 

 

 

 

Mathew Lambor

Mathew spent several years in construction before gaining 4 years in residential and then commercial agency work. He assists with sourcing acquisitions for the company and project management within the development side of the business.
