The Company is a private company started in 1996 and owned by Andrew and Sarah Lambor.

 

Andrew was a Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years and senior partner in Lambor Associates before his retirement in 2004. He is now concentrating his time on growing Matsim Properties whilst developing his interests in charitable work in Africa.  He is pleased to continue his relationship with Allied Surveyors through Craig Ritchie & Co. and has recently become a minor shareholder in Ritchie Lambor maintaining his ties to the Surveying profession.

 

Sarah has for many years acted as the backbone to the company dealing with much of the paperwork and office management. In this time she has gained an MA in the History of Art from Sussex University and would perhaps have preferred a more vocational role in life. That may yet come.
